Menu

Menu is located on the left side of the screen. It contains links that allow generating project lists through some fixed criteria. For example, link «STATUS» on the menu points to the list of possible project statuses. Every one of these statuses points to the list of projects with that status. On the project list there are links that lead to project's detailed view. This principle is valid for all the other links on the menu - assistance resources, project type, sector, user type.

Main part

Main part of the screen contains most of the content: project lists, project’s detailed view, search form, search results, generating reports form. All the columns in the project list can be sorted, ascending or descending, by using the arrows located in column headers.

Search

Link «Search», located on the right side of the screen, points to search form. Wanted criteria are selected and search can be started. Projects that satisfy given criteria are shown in the form of project list, and every project on that list points to project detailed view.

Signing in

Registered users can be signed in, allowing them, according to assigned rights, more access to projects, and/or using reports. By filling out login and password input boxes, and pressing «Login» button, user is signed in. By using «Logoff» button user signs out.

Reports

Users that have necessary rights assigned can use reports.«Reports» button, located on the right part of the screen points to report generator link and list of other predefined reports.

Report generator link leads to report defining form. Reports are generated by selecting the fields that will be a part of the report (check box to the left of field name), then by selecting some search criteria and sort order (radio buttons to the right of the search criteria fields). Project identification number, name and value (in KN or EUR) are always part of the report, no matter which other fields are selected.

Predefined reports are:

If user has sufficient rights assigned, he can choose whether he will include confidential projects in the reports, or he won't. All the reports can be generated in HTML or RTF format.

Navigation

User can navigate through the site by using static links on the menu, or by using dynamically created links located under the title. Depending on the context, using these links user can browse back through hierarchy (project's detailed view - project's list - criteria list).

Languages

Site is available in Croatian and English. Default language is Croatian. User can switch between languages by using buttons «ENGLISH, click here» or «HRVATSKI, kliknite ovdje», located on the right part of the screen, under the title.
