The goal of the application solution is a central registration and recording errors, review contacts across all channels of communication, control of the system, monitoring the effectiveness of agents and systems, spot trends, identify customer demands, easy integration with existing systems, statistical overview of your contact information (in real time and historically) to better manage informacijksim system of the Customs administration and easier coordination while eliminating errors in the information system of the Customs administration |
