The overall objective of the project is to support further modernisation and strengthening capacities of the Croatian Employment Service in order to develop a more efficient labour market in Croatia. The purpose of the project is to support further development of the Croatian Employment Service Labour Market Training Centre.The project purpose will be achieved through the following three components: Development of ICT support for the CES Labour Market Training Centre (Component I), Development of capacities of the Croatian Employment Service Labour Market Training Centre trainers for designing, implementation and delivery of e-learning and blended-learning programmes (Component II), and Development of the CES employees capacities through e-learning and blended learning programmes (Component III). |
