The e-Ofences application solution that will support business process indictment proposal, misdemeanor warrant, the mandatory misdemeanor warrant, the trial process, notification of the offense and criminal proceedings are divided into two main parts - recording (registration) from the moment of committing offenses or spotting up to surrender to the competent bodies (Council for any violations in the customs, the Magistrate's Court or the Financial Inspectorate) and the recording of a misdemeanor procedure - this unit covers the complete life cycle of misdemeanor proceedings from starting, the decision, recording becomes final, objection, appeal or complaint and to closing items. |

The goal of the project is to improve the functionality of existing applications because of the expansion powers of the scope of work of the Customs Administration, equalize treatment, accelerate the collection process of making quality analysis and statistics |
