Informatization and trainings in centres for social welfare |

The project has been approved for ESF financing. Project beneficiary is the Ministry of Social Policy and Youth. The project includes two main components: 1. Purchase of IT equipment for social welfare centers (according to national procurement rules) and 2. Organization and implementation of 4 trainings for employees of social welfare centers (note: trainings do not refer to IT equipment but quality of certain social services, provided by social welfare centers). During the last decade, social welfare system undergoes intensive reforms which include investments in informatization and improvement of expertize of employees, so this specific project represent a certain upgrade of all other activities which performed in the system. |
| Project aims: |
Overall project will contribute to further development of effective and inclusive social services which will improve employability of social welfare beneficiaries, and their active participation in the community. These will be achieved through following project elements:
1. Procurement of IT equipment
2. Installation of equipment
3. The organization and implementation of education
4. Promotion and visibility
5. Project Management and administration |
