Implementing Enterprise Data Warehouse and Enterprise BI solution within HŽPP IT environment will create prerequisites for the ultimate goal of the allocation of revenues and expenses on the trains as profit centers. Project scope includes: Implementation of EDWH repository, Implementation of BI reporting system based on dana within EDWH repository, Development of ETL / ELT procedures to retrieve data from the SAP system, Configuration of the system in an open way in order to support the future development of ETL/ELT procedures related to new systems such as ISPRO and LOGIS, Creating a KPI for the efficient management within the Company, Creating reports, charts and BI cubes required for effective management within the Company, Software and licenses Solution must be implemented and be able to change in accordance with all current laws and regulations, rules and instructions, actual collective agreement and agreements with other entities involved in the transportation of passengers by rail. |
| Project aims: |
The main objective of the project is to enable the Management Board and all lower management obtaining all relevant data for quality and effective management within the company. The solution will also enable interactive multi-dimensional analysis of business data with a goal to obtain accurate data as a basis for making quality business decisions. |
