ICT platform upgrade |
| Project description: |
Project ensures for HŽPP upgrade of existing ICT platform as needed (SAP, security infrastructure, Exchange, Sharepoint, etc.), as well as for all upcoming investment projects (LOGIS, disaster-recovery strategy, etc.). Investment is planed with indicative quantities providing to HŽPP flexibility in obtaining ICT equipment as really needed, minimizing the procurement time and simplifying logistic procedure (issuance of disposition instead of procurement procedure). Thus, the contract doesn’t predict minimum procurement quantities to be acquired with dispositions. Bidding documents defines quantities which represent Employers best estimation, hence Employer doesn’t commit to purchase for the duration of the contract. Contract will be signed with awarded bidder for 24 months’ period with 36 months’ maintenance period for all equipment provided inside agreement. |
| Project aims: |
Taken into account public sensibility of HŽPP, IT systems providing the direct support to passenger’s transport execution (ISPRO I LOGIS), as well as all related services must have adequate support ensured along with business continuity plan defined in detail followed by established and tested prerequisites for plan execution. |
