Integrated sales system (ISPRO) |
| Project description: |
ISPRO integrated system inside its scope covers sales central system supporting 24/7 ticketing sales through various sales channels such as online web and smartphone app. ISPRO includes implementation of new cashless ticket vending machines for 24/ purchasing availability at major stations using contact and contactless credit and debit cards. Four of these TVMs will be placed at Zagreb Main station and one at Split, Osijek, Vinkovci, Rijeka, Varaždin and Slavonski Brod stations. Manual conductor’s tickets issuance will be replaced with handheld terminals with credit and debit card payment possibility. |
| Project aims: |
Beside collecting big data needed for HŽPP business decision making, primary goal is increase of revenue through increased level of quality of service with implementation of various channels 24/7 ticket purchase, flexibility of new tariff models, reduction of ticket issuance time and complete business process automatization. |
