| Project description: |
The application e-energy performance certificate as an ISPU sub-module shall provide to citizens insight into data on energy certification of buildings and authorised persons for energy audits and certification in the territory of the Republic of Croatia. This information system is enabling persons that are authorised for carrying out energy audit and energy certification of buildings, to issue and store energy certificates of buildings and to enter data on the energy status of buildings. Furthermore, it enables authorised persons for regular inspections of heating, cooling or air-conditionins systems in buildings and persons authorised for the control of energy certificates to carry out such control, to issue and store reports on the control or regular inspection respectively. This system serves the Ministry for collecting, storing and managing data on buildings and data on regular inspections of heating and cooling systems (reports), on independent controls of energy certificates and for storing reports |
| Project aims: |
The information system for the issuance of energy certificates shall be linked with the physical planning information system (ISPU) through direct access to the ISPU base. The development of the application shall enable citizen to view the issued energy certificates and the respective therefor authorised persons in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The ISPU locator shall serve to the authorised persons to locate, in a simple manner, the respective building on the map and thus automatically transfer data that are relevant for the Information system for the issuance of energy certificates (town, small town, street, house number, cadastral plot, municipality, etc.). The Information system for the issuance of energy certificates shall enable collection and storage of energy certificates and all accompanying documents on buildings and the authorised persons in a structured and searchable data base. Authorised persons shall be enabled to apply a unified and quicker method of issuing energy certificates of buildings. This system shall be the only manner for issuing energy certificates of buildings in the Republic of Croatia. |
