Physical Planning Information System |
| Project description: |
The physical planning information system (PPIS) is a state-level interoperable and multi-platform system for entry, verification, publishing and exchange of spatial data. The basis of the PPIS implementation are the articles 31-35 of the Physical Planning Act (Official Gazzette 153/13) and the Regulation on the physical planning information system (Official Gazzette 115/15). The PPIS consists of a geportal for visualisation of spatial layers originating from different PPIS modules and submodules, as well as of the modules themselves, which are separate computer applications (eKatalog - metadata catalogue, ePlanovi - spatial plans module, eDozvola - building permits issuance module, eNekretnine - property market information system, etc.). The modules are described separately. |
| Project aims: |
The implementation of the PPIS is for the purpose of developing, adopting, implementing and monitoring spatial plans, continuous spatial monitoring and monitoring in the field of physical planning, drafting the reports on the situation in space, and fulfillment of business processes pursuant to the Physical Planning Act, the Building Act and other special regulations. |
