The Register shall contain data on so-called brownfields, i.e. ex industrial and military complexes, devastated tourist facilities etc. that way enabling their discovery, assessment and monitoring as a precondition for re-utilisation and/or revitalisation projects. Brownfield datasets shall be available through a dedicated web-GIS browser to registered users from state, county and local government bodies and publicly through the ISPU-geoportal. |
