The establishment of a system for strategic planning and development management at national level |

The project is implemented with the aim of establishing an integrated and functional system of strategic planning and management of development at the national level which will enable progress in achieving national strategic goals, and ultimately social progress and economic development of the Republic of Croatia. The total value of the ESF project is estimated 25.5 million (net) in the period from early 2017 until the end of 2020 (4 years); co-financing ratio is 85% from ESF (Operational Program Effective human resources) and 15% of national budget. Within the project it is planned to establish a functioning information system for the development and monitoring of progress, as one of the specific objectives. Information system for monitoring is a tool that will be used by all government bodies involved in the processes of making, monitoring and evaluation of national strategic documents. | Project aims: |
The main objective of this project is to establish an efficient system of strategic planning and development management components of which are: legislative and institutional framework, standardized rules for the development of national strategic documents, preparation of medium-term strategic document - National Development Strategy Republic of Croatia 2,021th to 2,030th, and development IT system for monitoring their implementation and achievement of results.
Specific objectives in the context of IT project are:
1. The establishment of an information system for monitoring and reporting
2. Strengthening the administrative capacity of the coordinator and all other bodies involved in the strategic planning of development |
