Project goals are implementation of methodology framework, enterprise architecture and acquisition of expert knowledge and competencies for project teams and experts in managing project deliverables.
Main activities within project is, by using the Enterprise Architecture methodology, to conduct detailed business process and service analysis and to harmonies those with Croatian Chamber of Commerce development strategy laying a foundation for future development of project Digital Chamber. Based on analysis next activity is to choose a development platform, run pilot projects which will give us insights on required resources and necessary management models. These findings will help us minimize risks when for other related projects for Digital Chamber.
Project will be conducted continuously until 2020 and be used as basis for managing all related projects within the Digital chambers initiative |
