The main goal of this project is development of Information System for Human Resources Management (HRMIS) in Tax Administration in order to achieve faster business processes and better planning, management and professional development of human resources and better connectivity with other institutions. |
| Project aims: |
The main goal of this project is developmnet of Information System for Human Resources Management (HRMIS) in Tax Administration through the implementation of a needs analysis for human resources management, development of information systems for human resources management and conducting of training for Tax Administration officials for the use of the system. Within HRMIS development and establishment of the following components and subcomponents is also foreseen:
1. Employment system management,
2. Career management (The system records, Model of competencies)
3. Management of professional development and training (base of coaches and trainers and mentoring system). |
