The purpose of the project is to provide an instrument to support the implementation of the Customs Code of the Union in terms of development and introduction of electronical system. The project Customs decisions is one of the eCustoms projects that will be common to the Customs Service and the business community in all Member States |
| Project aims: |
The project aims is to harmonize the procedures associated with the request for customs decision, decision making on Customs side, customs decisions standardization and electronic data exchange and decision management throughout the European Union. An electronical system will also facilitate consultations between the customs authorities of the European Union during the period of customs decision-making and management process of approval of decision. |
