| Project description: |
Croatia Customs Administration in 2015. implemented e-Learning module and system for knowledge management, as basic Customs Electronic Education System (CEOS). To ensure that system is efficient assistance in Customs officer’s education it is necessary to upgrade system with specific e- Learning modules with specific customs content. This project will ensure same type of content distribution, implemented on same platform, in the same time across whole Customs administration, independently from geographical distribution; additionally to ensure decrease of difficulties during education organisation and to improve aligning regular tasks of educator with education schedule. Also to ensure ability of progress tracking, increase of educational materials availability and to decrease of general costs for education purposes. |

Main goal of project is to ensure education availability under same condition to all customs officers, increase of education competence level of participants, effectively time management and work organisation, results evaluation of conducted education and significant decrease of education expenses. |
