Within the project ICT platform for training of servants at state, regional and local level will be established. E-learning and blended learning concept that will be provided via platform will allow for better accessibility and visibility of NSPA programmes with decreased costs. 10 pilot – programmes will be developed during the project and 80 new trainers trained for implementation of new training methodology. Approximately 1000 civil and public servants will finish the pilot programmes during the project implementation. |
