Strengthening Human Resources Management |
Project description: |
The setting up of a new Human Resources Management system, based on EU MS best practices, shall increase efficiency and effectiveness of the Ministry of the interior (MoI), by providing clear concept and long-term planning for all HRM related issues, ranking from recruitment (e.g. related selection criteria), career development (promotion etc.), to the evaluation of the staff performance. Through new IT system it will be reached higher transparency. It will also integrate Human Resources system and Payroll system which are currently not integrated. The new system that includes supply of new hardware and software will help to fully accomplish the objective from the “Strategy for the Human Resources Management System of the Ministry of the Interior 2009 -2011”. |
