Draft the Strategy on adaptation to climate change for Croatia, based on climate modelling and other analyses (defining of vulnerable sectors, impact assessment, assessment of priority measures, and activities needed for adaptation in sectors vulnerable to climate change). Rising awareness and education of experts, which will result in strengthened capacities for impact and vulnerability assessment, and for assessment of adaptation measures in sectors affected by climate change on national and local level. |
| Project aims: |
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the mitigation of the damages caused by the climate changes in Croatia. The aim is to strengthen capacities and preparedness of sectorial experts and officials for adoption and implementation of adaptation measures in order to respond to current and future climate changes in vulnerable sectors in Croatia. |
