ePlanovi - new generation of spatial plans (module ISPU) |
| Project description: |
The ePlanovi module is an application for uploading/downloading of spatial plan layers and for documenting the procedure of a spatial plans development and adoption via specific metadata. The module includes a spatial plans database browser, metadata entry form, layer management tools, basemaps and external sources selection menu, and a map-window with preview management tools. Spatial plan layers on upload need to be topologically correct and to have an attribute table formatted according to the data model prescribed by the related regulation. Registered users are actors in the physical planning system (Ministry, Croatian Institute for Spatial Development, physical planning institutes of counties and the City of Zagreb, administrative bodies of counties, cities and municipalities and architects authorised for spatial plan development by the Ministry). The module also encompasses a register of standardized spatial plans layers and themes. |
| Project aims: |
The ePlanovi module enables spatial plans standardization, improves possibilites of execution of spatial analyses and territorial monitoring and provides access to spatial plans to everyone and easier understanding and reading of spatial plans, as well as facilitates building permits issuance. |
