The main purpose of this project is to establish a system framework for standardization of equipment, organization, processes and software solutions in the health system through insurance of interoperability of health system management, quality improvement of health system, improvement of health care quality and information systems in eHealth. |
| Project aims: |
The Ministry of Health, as the central state administration body responsible for managing the overall health system, establishes a system of standards and certification procedures that are used for certification of equipment, organization, processes and IT solutions in healthcare with the aim of improving the management, interoperability, cost effectiveness and efficiency of the Croatian health system, which will be achieved through better resource management, reduction of interventions for shortened procurement procedures, and the development of adequate and standardized IT solutions. |
