| Project aims: |
The eBolnica project is investing in the development of standardized, integrated and interoperable IT systems in the public hospitals of the Republic of Croatia. The purpose and objectives of the project include: increasing internal efficiency and efficiency of hospitals 'processes, reducing hospitals' differences on the level of information technology for business processes, harmonizing and improving the quality of health care interventions in hospitals through improved connectivity and interoperability, coordination of activities and information among healthcare providers with distributed reduction the cost of the entire hospital system without harm to the stakeholders in the system. To accomplish these goals, the eBook project will be implemented: Cloud BIS: Modular BIS with functionality focused on improving process and efficiency within individual hospitals. According to the principle of subscription, hospitals without an integrated BIS system (15 hospitals) and hospitals with an integrated BIS system (25 hospitals that can use a particular Cloud BIS module) and common central services can be used: Common services use all hospitals with the goal of standardization , rationalization and interoperability of the system. They include a hospital pharmacy, the extension also includes the systematic use of electronic health records in hospitals (exchange of data and documents available for use by authorized persons at the time and place of needs), common procurement system, basic assets and material bookkeeping, Integration Mechanisms: All certified BISs access and use central services from this project and eServices for Citizens: Managing healthcare services directly by the patient through the eGrađani platform. |
